Ease access for Ontarians to check their licence plate status
The Experience Design (XD) Lab is an internal design and research services agency within the Ontario Digital Service (ODS) that supports ministry teams across the Ontario Public Service (OPS) through relatively quick research and design prototyping sprints.
In my role as an Experience Designer at the XD Lab, I worked alongside a talented group of UX designers and researchers on a series of UX initiatives aimed at advancing digital public services. Below is the Licence Expiry Checker, a recently launched online service designed to provide easy access for Ontarians to check the status of their licence plate. My responsibilities on the project included conducting user research, crafting the product design, and iterating on the prototype to deliver a seamless experience for the public.
A new business web portal for a more professional brand image and increased clients engagement
OPEXCELLENCE is a professional services firm providing a broad range of services and solutions in digital strategy, cloud-based technology and digital operational excellence. In my role as an Experience Designer, I independently designed and implemented the organization's website using Figma and Webflow, establishing a more consistent and professional brand image while improving the effectiveness of the client conversion flow.
